"I've been lucky to have two jobs that I love, storytelling and teaching English. Both call for a personal transformation, a deep connection with one's own heart and soul and with the hearts and souls of others of all ages from three to one hundred and three.

As a youngster, I fell in love with storybooks and found myself returning time and again to those stories and poems which sparked my soul. This was the seed bed, the foundation of my life as a teacher of literature and creative writing and as a storyteller.

Over the years I've found that storytelling creates magical moments and nurtures deep friendships as our shared experiences tie us together."
